How long can you store each item?

Our products are made fresh without any preservatives, all items are best kept in an airtight or sealed container. Products with fresh cream or cream cheese should be refrigerated. For more information on each of the product’s shelf life, please check the product pages. 

Where can I find allergen information?

Allergens are listed underneath each product description.
All of our products are handcrafted in one kitchen, we therefore cannot guarantee a purely free from environment. However, we do everything within our control to avoid cross contamination.

Can you order a product for a specific day? I cant choose the delivery day I want?

You can select your delivery date on the checkout page. Please note, greyed out dates are unavailable for delivery and cannot be selected.

Are your products halal?

Yes, our products do not contain alcohol or animal gelatine. 


How do I change my order?

If you would like to change your order please email us at orders@cafezeefa.com within 2 days of placing your order.  


Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to request a cancellation, please email us at orders@cafezeefa.com within 2 days of placing your order.

Where do you deliver? Is there a delivery fee?

We deliver within England only. Tracking information will be sent after an order is confirmed. There is a £3.00 delivery charge.
