Refunds, Amendments and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at orders@cafezeefa.com with your order number and details, and we will be happy to help. We require 2 days notice from the day your order was placed to amend or cancel your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after delivery, we offer a full money-back guarantee. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. We will refund the price you paid for the returned product with the delivery charge if the product is incorrect, damaged, and/or incomplete. Photographic proof must be sent to orders@cafezeefa.com demonstrating the above conditions to ensure you are eligible for a refund.
As taste is based on personal preference, we do not offer a refund if you don't like the taste of your purchased item. We will only make a refund to the original credit card or debit card used to make the online purchase. Please note it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
